I recorded this set last night because its BFCM weekend and normally the past many years ive been head down working the busiest week of the year for running a promo or something for the biz. most of the world is enjoying time with family and cozy up watching movies and relaxing. but a decade ago i was triggered among many of you who follow me to go a different way than the masses. to build your dream. somewhere along the road you got quiet enough from the noise of the world to hear the quiet voice within the quiet light pulling you in its direction to be different. following this energy is invigorating and lights you up unlike any other pleasure can. but few will ever understand the sacrifices you’ve had to make on the journey. and this contrast of you vs masses is never more in plain sight for you than on BFCM weekend. the kickoff of the end of the year for most is only the start for you. the amount of nights you spend utterly alone. building. problem solving. rethinking. replanning. am i doing this right? am i going to make a fool of myself? everyone else seems safe in what they chose but yet i find myself on the edge of either total destruction or immaculate glory. and tasting that bleeding edge is the only thing my soul could ever live for. few will understand.
