Well, a very good morning to you.

I hope that you're having an absolutely fantastic and glorious day and I hope that the rest of your day only gets better from here.

I'm sipping my espresso as I write this. The birds are chirping. And it's a good day to have a good day.

On the topic of having a good day, one of the most life-changing things I've done recently and added to my daily morning routine has been adding electrolytes first thing in the morning.

And my preferred way to do this is my friend Roma's brand. It's called FAST.

It's basically electrolyte powder you mix with water and it tastes like a Sicilian lemon.

I mix it with reverse osmosis water — which is the most efficient option. Natural spring water from the source is the elite move, but that's a whole separate topic.

Anyway, fill up a cup, grab some FAST, drop it in. It tastes amazing. You can use code ‘ARLIN’ for a lil discount. Btw - i don’t get anything from this, the discount is just for you.

I do this first thing in the morning after my shower, and it's been a game changer.

Speaking of showers — I recently bought the Jolie shower filter, which is honestly also pretty life-changing.

While we're on the topic of water, you should go online and look up the EWG water reports for your city.

For example, I'm in LA right now. There's mercury and other toxic, heavy metal solids in the water here. In fact the measurements are off the charts.

It’s horrible.

My reverse osmosis filter showed me there's like 400 parts per million of basically not good stuff in the water — not just what you're drinking, but what you're putting in your hair.

And dirty water with heavy metals makes you lose hair. Makes your hair go all dry and weird. Bad water just causes all sorts of problems tbh.

So I recommend checking if you have clean water first. If it's bad, get a Jolie shower filter too. I've had one for a couple months and you definitely notice the difference in how your hair feels.

And then the reverse osmosis filter makes sure the water you're putting in your body isn't filled with something that can give you cancer.

We don't want that.

So once you have clean water on your body and in your system, I use FAST for electrolytes and I feel hydrated, calm, amazing. Also not sore. Game changer.

Zhoran Mamdani was elected mayor of New York City.

And it's funny because a couple months ago, I was actually just reading The Communist Manifesto for the first time.

And it's quite interesting to see a socialist get elected into the most capitalistic city in the entire world. Very ironic.

I think if you go at it from an unbiased perspective, you really see that generally speaking, socialism and communism just don’t work.

You can't promise free things because when you promise free things, somebody has to pay for that. And it just never works.

Because that's the nature of reality. Things and energy do not come free.

Can anyone argue that?

So when you set up a socialist system, you're basically stealing from somebody else to pay for someone else who didn't earn it, who just wants it for free.

Socialism is basically: “Hi I don’t want to earn my share. So you earn it for me. Give it to me… Or I’ll get angry and take it from you, bitch.”

And that just doesn't make any sense obviously.

The main reasoning I think that Mamdani got elected is that we have a generation of young people living in New York City who are struggling to find any affordable places to buy or rent.

And I think a lot of this probably has to do with just supply and demand. There's literally not enough houses for people so the prices just jack up.

I think Mamdani got elected not because he had the best policy, but because he has a fun, fresh vibe that people resonate with.

He talked about the right issues (not being able to afford stuff) put a smile on his face, told people everything's going to be free, and won.

Most people resonate with “fun and fresh” and “do nothing”.

And I'll get into that now…

It's actually the exact sales angle that I did a while back with the infamous and elusive Nick Kozmin.

The whole entire message was: all you have to do to make money in the new world is focus on looking good—aka being hot, being attractive, being fun and fresh—and just traveling all the time.

And then money just shows up to you. Just shows up for free. You don't even have to work.

That is a very attractive sales pitch lol.

Now to be clear, the product we were selling at the time were the marketing mechanics that actually go Zhoran elected - aka how to present your brand as “fun and fresh”.

And in 2025, when times are extremely hard and all the work people are doing feels like it's for nothing, they're realizing they can't get jobs – even with expensive degrees.

My girlfriend's sister just graduated from NYU with probably a $400,000 degree. (She had full ride, fyi, but yeah a $400k value degree).

One of the top universities in the country. And she’s been telling us how hard it’s been to find a high paying job that can afford a life in NYC.

So I think what young people want, and why so many voted for Zhoran even though it's delusional, is things that are fun, fresh, and free.

In fact, to verify all this, I actually legit saw a video of Cam Higby walking around new york asking new yorkers who they voted for. One guy said he voted for Mamdani. Cam asked which were his favorite policies. The kid literally responded, “Oooo… Um honestly I don’t know his policy. I just voted based on vibes.”

And there you have it!

So allow me to transition…

What if I told you that I had a way that you could experience life to the fullest, to the best, to have the best energy?

It's fun, it's fresh, and it's free.

Well, it costs a dollar for the first month.

This is the 8AM app, guys.

If you feel like your rent is too high and you just don't know where to turn, the 8AM app is new. It's fun. There's a community. There's good vibes.

You can meet fun, smart people. And it's just a great place to be.

It’s simple - you get in the app, fill out your vision for your life, you meet like-minded people where you're working on your goals together, and then all you have to do is just listen to your master vision once in the morning and once in the evening.

Pretty soon, you'll be traveling the world, you'll live in amazing places, and it's all because of the 8AM app.

So it's free. Well, it’s “zhoran mamdani free” (because someone has to pay for it).

It's just a dollar for the first month. So sign up here and use the coupon code ‘mamdani’ 😆

Another thing I realized yesterday is that I'm sitting on absolutely no new music, sadly.

But I am working on a very different artistic project that is starting to unfold… you’ll see soon.

So that's coming together day by day. And I'm pretty excited about that.

If you follow me on any platforms, you'll start to see the beginning pieces of it.

That's my message for today.

I hope you enjoyed.

I'll see you tomorrow!
