Why Creating From Alignment Hits Different

And How I Align Myself

I’ve been thinking a lot about alignment lately.

Not in a “got my calendar sorted and inbox to zero” kind of way.
I mean spiritual alignment, of course —
when your chest is open, your energy is expanded, your thoughts are few & clear, and you feel what can be describe as the highest form of energy, or ‘holy spirit’ or God’s flow is moving through your body.

I felt it this morning.
I pulled up to the ocean to in my car to record my podcast for the day, rolled the windows down, iced coffee, birds calling each other across the marsh. I sat in silence and realized:

When you create from alignment, you create at an entirely different level.

Let’s break this down.

Alignment isn’t just some woo word. It’s a actual vibrational state you’re either in or you’re not.

When your ‘chakras’ are open (Chakras just meaning energy centers in your body, can talk more about Charkas in a later post)… When you’ve meditated, eaten clean, moved your body, asked God to forgive you for that thing you did last week or yesterday… or this morning…

When you’re living right… You feel it.

And when you create from that place, you can just flow without inhibition.

The resistance is gone. The doubt is quiet. You’re tapped in — to something bigger that’s powering your words.

I’ve noticed a pattern: Every time I feel off… It’s never random.

There’s always a moment I skipped. A truth I avoided. A to-do I ignored. A prayer I didn’t say. As many of the spiritual masters taught us, the path we must walk is indeed narrow.

It brings to mind the jesus verse, “it is easier for a camel to walk through the eye of a needle than for a rich man to enter the kingdom of heaven.” Of course, this verse goes beyond the idea of a narrow path to heaven. But that image is so good, illustrating that the path is indeed quite narrow. You’ve gotta be dialed to really feel true alignment.

But yeah - whenever I’m not aligned, I’ve typically missed something, I’m avoiding something, or I did something i knew i shouldn’t have.

And I end up looping on it.

In Hindu scripture they call these samskaras — karma loops. Emotional residue from previous mistakes or not even mistakes but just ‘things’ that bothered you or triggered something within you that blocked the energy from flowing.

This mental looping builds energetic heaviness in your chest, in your gut, and in your brain. Shame. Fog. Dense darkness… And the only way out?

Forgiveness. Release. Aligned action.

And that’s the consistent code to alignment:

  1. Identify the tension in your body.

  2. Sit with it.

  3. Breathe into it.

  4. Pray to whatever version of God or the ‘most high’ you believe in. Or if you’re atheist, focus on a higher state of energy like pure peace or love. Hold tension into it, squeeze your body in that area…

  5. And then release and let it go. (and on occasion maybe adjust your action in relation to the thing you actually forgot to do, or shouldn’t have done)

And do the process again tomorrow.

This is a practice of spiritual hygiene - and you need to do it daily like brushing your teeth. And when you commit to it… your life becomes lighter.

You don’t just create better. You create from the most high energy there is.

Here’s the thing:

Most people never hit this state because they’re too caught in the loop. Too scared to face the tension weighing on them from this thing and what it actually means. Too addicted to friction. They spend their lives, metaphorically holding onto shards of glass in their hand, instead of just opening their hand and letting the glass fall out. The reason they do this is because they know that letting go of the glass can actually be more painful in some cases than just continuing to hold onto it.

I’ve lived that way too.

But I’m telling you — there’s another way.

You can live in alignment. You can create from peace. You can build a life that feels sacred and successful.

Final thought:

There’s this quote by Steve Aoki that I love:
“Find what makes you happy… and stay there as long as you can.”

For me, that place is aligned creation. When I’m flowing, plugged in, serving the mission… I don’t care about results. I care about resonance.

And I’ve found that when I stay in that space long enough… God handles the rest.

Stay in that space. Come build from that space. Come align with us.

With clarity, light, and forward motion,
